Please read our policies below prior to scheduling an appointment with TheWaxCode. For more information please follow us on Instagram for daily/weekly updates.
- All New Clients to TheWaxCode must book under New Client Services
- ALL clients coming from a shaving or nair/veet background must have 4 weeks of new growth since last hair removal
- The release of my calendar will be done on the 15th of every month at 8pm
- You must download the Vagaro App & Check into your appointment (on the day of)
- Please DO NOT call during business hours. If you have any questions please text me with your name and questions
- Deposits are mandatory in order to book an appointment
- On day of your appointment balance is to be paid in cash (otherwise will use card on file)
- Should you need to cancel/reschedule please do so 48 hours before appointments time
- No-Shows will be subject to pay 100% for the services requested or they are blocked from booking any future appointments until the balance is paid in full
- There is a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes your appointment is considered cancelled and charged in full for services requested
